"We report the current situation, the traffic flow of TL Pasar Puri is experiencing congestion considering that there is a puddle of water. Currently, puddles are in front of me (high) as adults," said a police officer in a video uploaded to the @TMCPoldaMetro account quoted Tuesday, March 4.

The closure of the road caused traffic jams. Referring to the uploaded video, two and four-wheeled vehicles appear as if they are not moving in the middle of the flood.

"Meanwhile, the traffic flow from the Walkot direction towards Kedoya is temporarily closed. Given the water level of adults," he said.

In a different upload, it was also conveyed that on Jalan Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, precisely in front of the suspension bridge, it was also flooded. So, only four-wheeled vehicles can pass.

"Only 4-wheeled crossings can't pass for 2-wheelers, for Gerogol-direction suspension bridges can be crossed by 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled," he said.
