The Mini Warung Madura Gas Station In Serang Caught Fire Allegedly Struck By Lightning
SERANG - a mini gas station at a Madura shop located on Jalan Raya Sayabulu, Serang City, Banten, was burned, allegedly by lightning.
"We received reports from residents that there was a fire coming from Madura stall, the incident at around 19:00 WIB," said Serang City Fire Team Commander Abdurrahman, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, March 3.
The Serang City Damkar deployed three fire engines and a patrol car to extinguish the fire.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire was caused by a lightning strike that led to a mini gas station.
"According to eyewitnesses, the fire occurred because a gas station was struck by lightning, causing sparks, causing the Madura shop to burn," he said.
The blackout process lasted for 1 hour. However, the loss is not yet known.

"For vehicles, there were two motorbikes that were burned down because they were parked in front of the shop. And there were no casualties in this incident," he said.
Until now, the authorities are still investigating the exact cause of the fire and calculating the total loss due to the fire incident.
