A Member Of The North Maluku DPRD Who Was Suspected Of Having An Affair With The Deputy Chief Of The Talibau Police Was Reprimanded

TERNATE - The Honorary Board (BK) of the North Maluku DPRD (Malut) examined a member of the DPRD initials AYM alias Agriati Mus on suspicion of having an affair with the Deputy Chief of Police of Taliabu Island with the initials Kompol S, which went viral on social media.

"In the examination, AYM said that there was a recording and the person concerned thought it was just a joke, he said there was no other purpose and AYM said it happened before he became a member of the DPRD," said Chairman of the North Maluku DPRD BK, Ali Sangaji, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, 3 March.

The examination of AYM was the aftermath of the alleged affair with Kompol S, the Deputy Chief of the Taliabu Island Police, which has gone viral on social media recently.

The chairman of the BK DPRD Malut, Ali Sangaji, said that during the investigation, AYM admitted that the recording of a viral conversation regarding intimate conversations was true that he and Kompol S.

AYM denied having an affair, and emphasized that the recording of his conversation with Kompol S was just a joke and long before he became a member of the North Maluku DPRD.

The examination of AYM coincided with the entry of a report from the wife of Kompol S, Rini, regarding her husband's alleged affair.

After AYM admitted that the viral intimate chat with Kompol S was the voice of the conversation between the two, the North Maluku DPRD BK, said Ali Sangaji, immediately gave a warning to AYM so that as a public official he had to be more careful in speaking even though he was just joking.

In addition, the reporter, the wife of Kompol S, was also asked to complete the report and evidence regarding the alleged affair, because it was deemed incomplete. After being completed, the North Maluku DPRD BK will process according to the stages based on the provisions of the regulations.

"In the BK there are several stages of giving sanctions, the first is giving a warning, if it's a joke we reprimand, because it has become public attention. So earlier we gave a warning if we could be more careful (while joking) as a public official, because in the BK there are stages for us to give sanctions, for example, we were in a position asking for information first," he explained.

"Anyway, in the future, we will see the stages and what is clear is that BK already had the first step that we had called the person concerned and had time to give a warning saying that even though it was a joke, we told him not to overdo it," said Ali Sangaji.

The alleged affair between a member of the North Maluku DPRD and the Deputy Chief of the Taliabu Island Police, Kompol S, has surfaced through uploading recordings of intimate conversations by the social media account @dinyapriliani or Dini Apriliana Eka Putri, the son of Kompol S.
