First Meeting, Governor And Deputy Governor Of Kaltara Will Evaluate OPD Performance

TANJUNG SELOR - Governor of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) Zainal A Paliwang and Deputy Governor (Deputy Governor) of Kaltara, Ingkong Ala, held the inaugural meeting with all heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD).

The meeting also evaluated the performance of regional apparatus in the Kaltara Provincial Government and conveyed the results of the Retreat at the Magelang Military Academy as well as the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto such as efficiency or budget savings that will have an impact on the OPD.

"What is cut must be official travel, then meetings, comparative studies, it must be cut off," said Governor Zainal, Monday, March 3.

Governor Zainal emphasized his political promise in the previous campaign, and asked all OPDs to provide support for him and Deputy Governor Ingkong Ala during his reign.

"I will carry out my commitment and my promise with the Deputy Governor. Please remind us both. I ask the OPD head to work well," he said.

"To the relevant agencies, every business permit that enters Kaltara must have a branch office in Tanjung Selor. This is intended to create jobs and have a positive impact on the economy in Kaltara," continued the governor.

In the holy month of Ramadan, he continued, the implementation of working hours by the OPD follows instructions from the central government.

"There is none in the morning Apple. Even later there will be WFA (Work From anywhere), I hope it will really work from home. Not disappear," he explained.

Meanwhile, Deputy Governor of Kaltara, Ingkong Ala, invited all OPDs to realize the expectations of the Governor to bring Kaltara to the better. Remember this is the second time Governor Zainal's leadership.

"The governor brought me here under the support of the people of Kaltara, prayers, and all of us. This is my pride and gratitude," said Inkong Ala.

In addition, Inkong Ala also asked regional apparatus to establish coordination and compactness. This is because his duties as Deputy Governor cannot be separated from the role of the OPD head.

"Maybe a lot of data I need. I want to do my job and work of course I need planning data," he asked.

In addition, the data that has existed in the future will become monitoring and evaluation material, as well as to minimize problems that arise due to shortcomings or mistakes in the field.

"For the future, so that there are things that may be in the field, there are shortcomings or mistakes, we immediately coordinate to solve them. So that it doesn't burden the Governor," he said.
