Xpeng G6 Facelift Officially Launches, Take A Peek At The Improvement

JAKARTA - Xpeng, a car manufacturer from China who has just landed in Indonesia, officially launched the Xpeng G6 facelift in China with a myriad of improvements.

Based on a report from Carnewschina, Monday, February 3, the Xpeng G6 2025 comes with 81 upgrades and replaces 34 percent of its main components, including integrating advanced AI intelligent driving systems.

In detail, the exterior design of this one car has changed or been redesigned. Now, the ones highlighted are the wide LED 'Galaxy Light Wing' strip light. Meanwhile, the Xpeng logo was moved to the hood area as well as the indicator lights for the smart driving system have been added.

In addition, the profile offered by others covers the alloy rim which gets a black coating and makes the appearance of the vehicle more modern. And the back of the bumper gets a revision making it look sporty.

Meanwhile, the interior of this one car comes with a new color, enhanced material and updated layout. The center has a 15.6-inch floating infotainment screen paired with a 10,25-inch digital instrument cluster.

The increase in comfort includes a front seat with ventilation, heating, and massage functions, with Xpeng claiming the massage feature offers the strongest shiatsu-level experience in its class. The vehicle is also equipped with a very delicate top coating of suede, and more than 50 percent of the door panel is covered in skin. Additional enhancements include wood fiber trim on the dashboard and a new array of ambient lighting, which increases the premium impression on the cabin.

This electric car still maintains a single motor configuration powered by the 800V platform. Electric motors, produced at the Xpeng facility in Wuhan, generate a maximum output of 218 kW. This vehicle has a very fast 5C charging AI battery, which promises better range and faster charging time.

Although specific range figures have not been disclosed, Xpeng highlights a significant increase in efficiency, including advanced autonomous driving capabilities to provide a more intuitive driving experience.
