2 'Bang Jago' Persecution Of Kindergarten Teachers In South Tangerang Use Drugs Before Action

TANGERANG - Police revealed that the two suspects used drugs before assaulting a kindergarten teacher with the initials B in the Cisauk area, Pagedangan, South Tangerang (Tangsel).

South Tangerang (Tangsel) Police Chief AKBP Victor Inkiriwang said the two suspects of the initials S (24) and N (58) were known to have used the type of drug golong G after undergoing a urine test.

"There is also a note in this case, after we conducted a urine test on the two perpetrators, the result was that they took illegal drugs and narcotics," Victor said in his statement, Sunday, March 2.

Victor also said the two suspects had been detained. They were charged with multiple articles with a sentence of 10 years in prison.

"We have detained and subject to multiple articles, namely Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Emergency Law number 12 of 1951, for possession of sharp weapons. And/or Article 170 of the Criminal Code and/or 351 of the Criminal Code and/or 352 of the Criminal Code and/or 368 of the Criminal Code and/or 335 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and/or 406 of the Criminal Code, with a maximum threat of 10 years in prison," said Victor.

As is known, this case of abuse originated from a viral video of a kindergarten teacher with the initials B being abused by two thugs, namely S and N. The persecution occurred while B was teaching his students playing the drumband when two suspects came.

An argument then occurred between the two suspects and the kindergarten teacher until a number of drumband tools fell. S, who was in a mass organization uniform, then took out a badik in front of his teacher's students, intending to stab.

"So the motive is that the two perpetrators did not accept it when they were not given some money by the victim," he said.
