IDX Reveals Average Daily Trade Transaction Volume Of Stock Market Increases

JAKARTA The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced that based on IDX stock trading data for the period 24-28 February 2025, it was closed in various ways.

The highest increase occurred in the average daily transaction volume of the Exchange this week, which amounted to 21.62 percent to 22.36 billion shares from 18.38 billion shares the previous week.

The increase was also experienced by the average daily transaction value of the Exchange of 16.19 percent to Rp13.69 trillion from Rp11.78 trillion in the previous week.

However, the changes occurred in the average daily transaction frequency of the Exchange this week, which was 4.52 percent, to 1.18 million transactions from 1.23 million transactions last week.

Furthermore, this week's stock capitalization changed by 7.68 percent to Rp10,880 from Rp11,786 trillion a week earlier.

The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) this week changed by 7.83 percent to 6,270,597 from 6,803,001 last week.

Then, foreign investors today recorded a net selling value of IDR 2.91 trillion and throughout 2025, foreign investors recorded a net selling value of IDR 21.90 trillion.
