Breaking The Record, Samsung Successfully Sells 1 Million Galaxy S25 Series Units
JAKARTA Samsung managed to break its sales record thanks to the launch of the Galaxy S25 series in January. In just 21 days, the Galaxy S25 series managed to sell more than one million units in South Korea.
This is the latest record since the company sold the Galaxy Note 10 in 2019. At that time, the Galaxy Note 10 was also sold for more than a million units, but four days later than the Galaxy S25 series.
When compared to the Galaxy S24 series, the S25 ranks also managed to sell a week faster. Although both are able to sell more than one million units, the Galaxy S24 series takes about 28 days.
This record shows that Samsung continues to reach the latest sales milestone. The company has been quite successful after launching the Galaxy S23 series and is increasingly successful with the presence of the Galaxy S24 series.

Now, the Galaxy S25 series is pushing for an increase in the company. According to Korean media report Chosun Biz, Samsung has received 1.3 million orders for the standard Galaxy S25 in the 11-day pre-order period.
However, judging from the duration of the time, not all orders seem to be sold. Samsung still takes almost a month to sell one million units of its newest device.
Of the total sales, the Galaxy S25 Ultra contributes 50 percent total sales. That way, Samsung's newest most popular device model is the standard S25 Ultra and S25. S25 Plus still has its own market.
