Cheating With Members Of The North Maluku DPRD, Deputy Chief Of Police Of Taliabu Island Dipatsus

TERNATE - The Profession and Security Division of the North Maluku Regional Police has imposed special placement sanctions (patsus) or detention of the Deputy Chief of the Taliabu Island Resort Police, Kompol S regarding the alleged affair.

"The Deputy Chief of Police has undergone special assistance (special placements), so he has been detained while waiting for the next process," said Head of Public Relations of the North Maluku Police (Malut) Kombes Bambang Suharyono in Ternate, Antara, Thursday, February 27.

The information obtained stated that Kompos S was sanctioned by special equipment after undergoing an examination in the alleged affair with a member of the North Maluku Provincial DPRD with the initials AYM.

Bambang explained, in the alleged affair case, the North Maluku Police Propam Division had examined a number of witnesses.

"So, the internal handling has been done. The witness examination has been done. Currently, the special committee is waiting for the trial schedule," explained Bambang.

The case of the alleged affair between the Deputy Chief of the Taliabu Island Police, Kompol S, and a member of the North Maluku Provincial DPRD, initials AYM, emerged through uploading recordings of intimate conversations by the social media account @dinyapriliani, who is none other than the son of Kompol S.

Previously, the North Maluku Police Chief Inspector General Midi Siswoko asked the Propam Division to investigate the alleged affair committed by the Deputy Chief of the Taliabu Island Police.

"Regarding the alleged intimate chat of DPRD members, I have ordered the Propam Division to investigate this and we will take firm action against all violations," said the Kapolda.

The Regional Police Chief said that if evidence of violations was found in the investigation, Kompol S would be subject to sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations.

"If he is fired and not fired, it is from the results of the trial, the regional police chief cannot intervene in the trial. It all depends on the results of the fact finding by the trial apparatus," said the Kapolda.
