Dear Lampung Residents, Your THR Is Stuck? Please Complain, Disnaker Prepares 15 Special Posts For You

LAMPUNG - The Lampung Province Manpower Office (Disnaker) has opened a Public Holiday Complaint Post (THR) in 2021 to monitor the THR distribution for workers in the area.

The complaint post will be a means of consultation, monitoring the implementation of THR payments, and coordinating law enforcement with related agencies.

"The THR complaint post in 2021 will be opened from April 20 to May 20," said Head of the Lampung Provincial Manpower Office, Agus Nompitu, quoted by Antara in Bandarlampung, Thursday, April 22.

Based on data to date, there have been no complaints regarding the THR. Disnaker has coordinated with districts and cities to participate in the supervision of the provision of THR

According to him, THR complaint posts in 2021 were also opened in 15 districts and cities in Lampung Province.

"In Lampung there are more than 7,000 companies recorded, therefore we continue to work together with Apindo and the labor union as an extension of the company and workers to oversee the distribution of THR this year," he said.

In accordance with the Circular of the Governor of Lampung number 045.2 / 1497/07/2021, the establishment of a command post for the implementation of religious holiday allowances is not only required to report THR implementation data in companies to be followed up, it is also required to implement health protocols to prevent transmission of COVID-19.

"The health protocol must be implemented in the opening of the THR Post to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19," he said again.

Previously, the Minister of Manpower Ida issued Circular Letter (SE) Number M / 6 / HK.04 / IV / 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Provision of Religious Holiday Allowances (THR) in 2021 for Workers / Laborers in Companies which obliged employers to give THR in full to workers no later than seven days before Lebaran.

However, the government provides concessions for companies that are still affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and are unable to pay the THR according to the specified time, namely being able to pay a maximum THR of H-1 Lebaran.

This concession provided that the employer had to carry out a dialogue with workers to reach an agreement based on transparent financial reports and reported in writing to the local Manpower Office seven days before Lebaran.
