The Missing Ruko Boss Found By Dicor Cement, The Mastermind Turns Out To Be A Confidant!
JAKARTA The police finally managed to uncover the sadistic murder case of JS (69), a shophouse owner in the Rawamangun area, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta. The victim who was reported missing was finally found in a pathetic condition, cemented in his own building project. This is how this case was revealed.
East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly, explained that this tragic incident began on Sunday, February 16, 2025, when the victim came to the shop renovation project. JS, who heard of a strike from the construction workers, immediately went to the location with an angry face.
At the location, the victim met ZA (35), a construction worker who was also trusted as the project supervisor and shopkeeper. However, the situation got hotter when the victim asked about a number of missing project equipment and reprimanded ZA for not carrying out his duties properly.
Victim JS even invited ZA to jointly report the loss to the police, but the perpetrator refused.
"Because of indications that there was theft of project equipment by workers, the victim invited the perpetrator to report to the police. However, the perpetrator refused," said Kombes Nicolas, Wednesday (26/2) night.
In the midst of tensions, ZA actually asked for his salary of Rp. 900 thousand. This request made the victim even more emotional and slapped and hit ZA.

"Initially the victim slapped the perpetrator, then hit him. The perpetrator who was pressed then parried and pushed the victim to the ground," he added.
It didn't stop there, ZA, who was already filled with anger, then hit the victim's head with a rock and died on the spot.
"At that time, the perpetrator became increasingly angry and finally killed the victim by throwing stones at the victim's head," said Kombes Nicolas.
The Body Wascored By Cement, The Police Revealed Terrible Facts
After confirming the victim died, ZA panicked and looked for ways to hide JS's body. Two days later, on Tuesday (18/2), ZA dragged the victim's body into the water channel on the project, then closed it with cement and bricks so that it could not be detected.
However, the perpetrator's actions began to be revealed after the victim's family reported the loss of JS on February 24, 2025.
"The victim's wife came to the East Jakarta Metro Police to report that her husband was missing and could not be contacted," said Kombes Nicolas. Police investigations began. The suspicion got stronger after suspicious transactions were found in the victim's account.
"Some of the victim's assets, including money, have been taken by the perpetrator and transferred to his own account. Even the victim's ATM was used by the perpetrator to transfer money to his personal account," he explained.
Further investigations finally led the police to the victim's building project. Together with the Labfor and Damkar team, the police dismantled the cement-corred area, which turned out to be hiding the victim's body.
"We found the victim's body in a state of cement casting. Currently, the body has been evacuated for autopsy at the Police Hospital," he added.
