Facilitation Of Coordination Of Humanitarian Aid To Palestine, Indonesian Ministry Of Foreign Affairs: Presenting Indonesian Consistency
JAKARTA - The collaboration between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with charitable institutions and humanitarian aid in raising, distributing and distributing aid to Palestine, confirms that Indonesia is one of the few countries that consistently supports the Palestinian struggle.
This was said by the Director General of Asia Pacific and African Ministry of Foreign Affairs Abdul Kadir Jailani, during the launch of the campaign to sign the Joint Campaign Support for "Indonesia for Palestine: Solidarity, Real Action and New Hope", the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs collaboration with the Indonesian Ulema Council, Baznas and various zakat and humanitarian institutions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jakarta.
"This coordination is very important as a form of unified efforts between the government and all elements of the nation in Indonesia, increasingly strengthening the Indonesian nation and state, including one of the few countries that consistently support the Palestinian struggle," said Abdul Kadir, Wednesday, February 26.
He further explained that the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip has reached a very worrying and difficult level with words.
"We understand the great desire and concern of the Indonesian people to take concrete actions, responding to what happened in Gaza today," he explained.
Therefore, Abdul Kadir said the importance of close synergy between the government and international organizations, NGO (Non-Profit Organization), where previously similar coordination had been established.
"I believe that the close synergy between the government and international organizations, NGOs or NGOs is very important," said Abdul Kadir.
"This synergy has previously been very well established in various previous activities, such as the delivery of aid to Gaza which took place some time ago," he added.

It is hoped that this joint campaign can support the collection of humanitarian aid for Palestine, strengthening Indonesia's solidarity and brotherhood with Palestine.
"Besides synergies in gathering aid, synergy and close coordination, it is very necessary in the process of distributing and distributing aid to the people of Gaza," he explained.
"For this reason, this joint campaign needs to be accompanied by a coordination forum to ensure that the joint campaign is effective and the assistance distributed is more targeted, efficient and accountable, to our brothers and sisters in Palestine as we expected," he concluded.
