The Owner Of A Shophouse In Rawamangun Was Killed By A Construction Worker, His Body Wascored On The Wall

JAKARTA - A building owner on Jalan Pemuda, Rawamangun, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta, was found dead in his project area, Wednesday, February 22, evening. The victim's body was cast using cement by the perpetrator on the shop wall.

It was later discovered that the victim was named Jap Sugiharto. The victim is the owner of a shophouse at the local location.

East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly confirmed the murder incident.

"Yes, that's right. (the victim) wants to be buried immediately using cement," said Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to VOI.

According to information compiled by VOI at the scene, the victim was previously involved in an argument by the perpetrator, who is a construction project worker for his shophouse.

Then the victim was beaten by the perpetrator to death. To eliminate evidence, the perpetrator then buried the victim in the shophouse building area and closed it with cement.

"The victim was cast immediately using cement. So today the cement will be dismantled first," said the Police Chief.

From VOI's observation, it can be seen that 2 fire engines were deployed at the scene. Firefighters also prepared a concrete destroyer to dismantle the hole where the victim was buried in cement.

Meanwhile, according to the victim's relative, the victim Jap Sugiharto was a resident of Chinese descent.

"The victim, the owner of the building, was killed by a construction worker who built a shophouse building," said the victim's relative.
