Short N' Sweet Sabrina Carpenter Returns To Puncak Chart As Deluxe Album Releases
JAKARTA - Sabrina Carpenter's Short n' Album managed to reach the No. 1 for the first time on the Billboard Sales Top Album chart. Released six months ago, the album jumped to the top after perching in sixth place last week.
In the March 1 edition, the album returned to the top after Sabrina re-released it in a deluxe version on February 14, which added five bonus tracks. The deluxe version album was launched in CD form, digital downloads, and two variants of the disc that managed to steal the attention of fans.
Last week until February 20 in the US, Short n' Sweet had sold 71,000 copies in all versions, both old and new. That figure increased 616% compared to the previous week.
This spike made it the second-largest sales of the Short n' Sweet album, after the first week, September 7, 2024, when the album was released in the No. 2 position with sales of 184,000 copies.
This album marks Sabrina Carpenter's first achievement at the top of the Top Album Sales charts. Previously, Carpenter had included a total of seven albums on the list, but Short n' Sweet was the first to make it to the top.

In addition, Short n' Sweet is also back at No. 1 on the Vinyl Albums charts for the third week which is not consecutive. The album sold nearly 48,000 copies in vinyl format, which showed an increase of 626%. Interestingly, from the total sales of this album to date, vinyl sales cover 61% or 372,000 of the 606,000 coffee sold.
