Realization Of Subsidized Mortgage Distribution Reaches 61,531 Units As Of February 21, 2025
Commissioner of the Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) Heru Pudyo Nugroho revealed that the realization of the distribution of subsidized mortgages has reached 61,531 units until the period 21 February 2025.
BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho said the realization of the FLPP consisted of 54,976 subsidized housing units in the construction process to the contract.
"It consists of 54,976 subsidized housing units in the construction process to the contract and 6,555 subsidized housing units for the realization of the FLPP mortgage," Heru said as quoted from his written statement, Tuesday, February 25.
Meanwhile, during the period for President Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in office, the performance of the realization of subsidized mortgages from October 20, 2024 to February 21, 2025 has reached 111,193 units.
This figure consists of 68,834 units based on data on the construction process up to the contract and 42,359 units as realization of the distribution of subsidized mortgages.
In the future, he said, the FLPP quota will increase along with the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) which will issue Government Securities (SBN) to support housing financing.
"In the future, if the government issues Government Securities (SBN) for housing outside the state budget, then the distribution of FLPP funds this year can be more than the previous target of 220,000 units. This is clear evidence of government support for the 3 million housing program," he said.
