SBY Ensures Democrats Support The Existence Of The Danantara
Chairman of the Democratic Party High Council as well as the 6th president of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) asked all his cadres to support the government's program, one of which is BPI Danantara.
"We also need to ensure that in the context of the escort so that all government agendas, including the existence of Danantara, which has been launched by the President today, we will guard it," said SBY when giving a speech at the Democratic Party's VI Congress in Jakarta, Monday, February 24, as reported by ANTARA.
According to SBY, this support must be given because it is the responsibility of the Democrats as the party in the government coalition.
SBY said the Democrats would always be ready to work hand in hand with other parties in the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) in the success of Prabowo's work program.
Not only that, SBY also ensured that the Democratic Party would provide maximum political support in order to strengthen the steps taken by the Prabowo government.
"The coalition's strategy is to make President Prabowo's government a success. The availability of a coalition to continue to capture people's hopes and aspirations," explained SBY.

President Prabowo inaugurated the establishment of the Anagata Nusantara Resources Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) at the Indonesian Presidential Palace complex, Jakarta, Monday.
During the inauguration ceremony, President Prabowo together with the 7th president of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo and the 6th president of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono jointly pressed the button marking the inauguration of the Danantara.
In the organizational structure of BPI Danantara, President Prabowo appointed Rosan P. Roeslani as the leader of BPI Danantara or CEO of the Danantara (chief executive officer). Rosan is currently still serving as Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM.
Rosan was assisted by Pandu Sjahrir as chief investment officer (CIO) in charge of managing investment holding and Deputy Minister of BUMN Dony Oskaria as chief operating officer (COO) in charge of managing the operational holding.
President Prabowo also appointed SOE Minister Erick Thohir as Chairman of the Danantara Supervisory Board, Muliaman Hadad as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati as a member of the Supervisory Board.
In the structure of the BPI Danantara Advisory Council, there is the 6th president of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and the 7th president of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo.
In addition, the Danantara BPI Supervisory Committee consists of the BPK, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the KPK, the Attorney General's Office, the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK), and other institutions.
