"Home service is intended for customers with AC products, refrigerators, and washing machines, then technicians will come directly to the house to make repairs. Meanwhile, for Small Domestic Appliances products such as rice cooker, water catcher, and water cooler, customers can bring the unit directly to the service center," he said in an official broadcast received by VOI.
