Multiple Positions, Rosan Jabat, Minister Of Investment And Head Of The Archipelago

JAKARTA - Rosan Roeslani was appointed by President Prabowo to serve as head alias head alias Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Danantara. Currently, Rosan also serves as Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Kepela BKPM.

"The COO Mr. Dony Oskaria, the CEO in charge of the investment is Pak Pandu, this is in accordance with their respective fields, and I am his Group CEO," said Rosan when met at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Monday, February 24.

According to Rosan, serving as CEO of Danantara will facilitate excellent synergy with the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming.

"I'm the investment minister and downstream. Meanwhile, the fields of Danantara are mostly in the investment sector. So this will actually do a very, very good synergy," he said.

"Because with this we don't only take care of investment roadmaps, not only regarding licensing but we can combine and also accelerate with the existing funds in us," he continued.

The recapitulation of Rosan's position was also confirmed by the Head of the Presidential Communication Office Hasan Nasbi. He said that Rosan would continue to serve as Minister of Investment and Downstreaming.

The inauguration of the Indonesian Danantara was marked when President Prabowo signed Law Number 1 of 2025 concerning the third amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises.

In addition, Prabowo also signed Government Regulation (PP) Number 10 of 2025 concerning the organization and governance of the Nanagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency.

"Furthermore, I also signed Presidential Decree Number 30 of 2025 concerning the appointment of the supervisory board and the implementing body of the Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency," he said.
