Initial Capital Of IDR 300 Trillion Danatara, Prabowo: Funds From Budget Inefficiencies To Corruption
JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto revealed that the initial funding or initial funding of the Indonesian Antara Management Agency is projected to reach 20 billion US dollars or more than Rp. 300 trillion.
Prabowo said the capital was obtained from budget inefficiency to the results of the confiscation of corruption during the 100 working days of the Red and White Cabinet government.
"The funds that were previously hampered by timeficiency, corruption and spending were not on target. Now the funds will be allocated to be managed by Danantara Indonesia," he said at the launch of Danantara Indonesia, quoted from the Presidential Secretariat YouTube, Monday, February 24.
Furthermore, Prabowo said that Danantara Indonesia will focus on targeting 20 national projects that have a high impact or high impact.
"Invested in more than 20 national projects as part of our industrialization and our downstreaming," he explained.
Prabowo said that of the 20 projects, there were a number of priority sectors. For example, downstream nickel, bauskit, copper to the construction of an artificial intelligence (AI) data center.
Then, continued Prabowo, Danantara will also prioritize oil refinery projects, petrochemical factories, food and protein production, aquaculture, and new and renewable energy (EBT).
"These are the sectors that will determine our future, our resilience, and the independence of our nation," he said.
