Wife In Jember Complaints Her Husband To Police For Having The Heart To Force Her Biological Child

The actions of B, who works odd jobs daily, are beyond reasonable limits. He is suspected of having committed depraved acts by forcing his biological child twice.

Crime B was revealed on Thursday (20/2/2025) when his wife caught him having sex with their first child. The victim's mother's hysterical screams suddenly invited residents to come. However, as residents tried to judge him, B managed to escape and disappeared from home.

Then, B was successfully secured in a plantation not far from his house. He was found hiding in the middle of the garden.

"Pelaku kami amankan di sebuah kebun, tidak jauh dari rumahnya. Saat diamankan, pelaku tidak melakukan perlawanan," ujar Aiptu Vivin Mujianto Kanit Reskrim Polsek Ajung Senin pagi.

Polisi juga telah mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti, antara lain pakaian korban dan pelaku saat kejadian berlangsung. Selain itu, polisi juga telah mengantongi hasil visum dari rumah sakit yang memperkuat dugaan tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh pelaku.

"We are still continuing to investigate this case. We will ensnare the perpetrators by the Law on Violence Against Children, with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison," said Vivin, explaining the chronology of the case.
