Legitimate! President Prabowo Signs Appointment Of Supervisory Board And Administrative Implementation Agency
President Prabowo Subianto has signed Presidential Decree Number 30 of 2025 concerning the Appointment of the Supervisory Board and the Implementing Agency for BPI Daya Anagata Nusantara (Dantara) at the Merdeka Palace today, Monday, February 24.
"Furthermore, I also signed Presidential Decree Number 30 of 2025 concerning the appointment of the supervisory board and the implementing body for the investment management and power of the archipelago," Prabowo explained at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday, February 24.
In addition, the President also signed Law Number 1 of 2025 concerning the Third Amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises and Government Regulation Number 10 of 2025 concerning Organization and Governance of the Anagata Nusantara Resources Investment Management Agency.
"Today, Monday, February 24, 2025, the President of the Republic of Indonesia signed Law Number 1 of 2025 concerning the Third Amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises and Government Regulation Number 10 of 2025 concerning the Organization and Governance of the Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency," he added.
The President inaugurated Daya Anagata Nusantara (Dantara) today at the State Palace Courtyard. The inauguration ceremony will take place at the Central Courtyard of the Presidential Palace in Jakarta at 10.00 WIB.
BPI Danantara was founded based on the Draft Law on State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which was officially passed into law during the DPR RI Plenary Meeting on February 5, 2025.
Danantara will later play a role in managing the largest state-owned assets in Indonesia. There are at least 7 SOEs mentioned to be joining the Danantara. The name Danantara has a philosophical meaning, namely, Daya means Anagata's energy or strength means the future of the archipelago means Indonesia.

Prabowo has chosen the Minister of Investment and BKPM Rosan Roeslani as CEO of BPI Danantara. Rosan replaced Muliaman Darmansyah Hadad, who was inaugurated by Prabowo as Head of BPI Danantara on October 22, 2024. The replacement of Rosan's position with Muliaman was widely circulated after the ratification of the BUMN Bill into Law on February 4, 2025.
In accordance with the structure in the BUMN Law, there are two executive positions under the CEO of BPI Danantara, namely the Chief Operating Officer (COO) who oversees the BUMN Operational Holding and the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) who controls the BUMN Investment Holding. Pandu Patria Sjahrir will become CIO, while the COO position is held by Doni Oskaria, Deputy Minister of SOEs.
