GWM Inaugurates This Car Owners Community At IIMS 2025

JAKARTA - The Great Wall Motor (GWM) took advantage of the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025 by introducing the 'GWM Tank Community Indonesia' community.

This is a community that was born from the initiative of the owners of GWM Tanks who share the same hobby. The introduction of this association is the first step in solidarity from the owner of this vehicle.

Director of Planning, Product Development, Logistics, and Aftersales GWM Indonesia, Constantinos Herlijoso, said the community was also born thanks to the increasing development of Tank cars in the country.

"With the birth of the GWM Tank Community Indonesia, GWM Indonesia is happy to provide support so that this community will further develop and provide the best experience for its members," said Herlijoso in the middle of the IIMS 2025 event, Kemayoran, Jakarta.

GWM Tank Community Indonesia is formed from a collection of 'GWM Tank' owners who have a vision to build an off-road vehicle and experience sharing for ride and exploration.

General Chairperson of the GWM Tank Community Indonesia, Wisnu W Pettalolo expressed his deepest appreciation for this brand in the journey of this community in the country.

This manufacturer from China has sold the 'Tank' series in Indonesia, covering a 300 HEV Tank equipped with a 2.0 liter turbocharged HEV engine that produces 342 hp and 648 Nm peak torque. The car focuses on superior off-road performance with 4x4.

Meanwhile, GWM also offers 500 HEV Tanks which have a 2.0 liter hybrid turbo 244 ps engine which can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour in 7.9 seconds. This one car is designed for convenience and luxury in the upper class.
