VOI Today: "Illegal Indonesia" Demo Global

JAKARTA - The hashtag Indonesia Dark suddenly went viral to the world. A number of foreign media reported the action of Indonesia Dark. This symbol of Garuda with a black background is a form of public criticism of Prabowo Subianto's government policy which is considered not pro-people. Apart from the hashtag Indonesia Dark, the hashtag #DaruratE Pendidikan #KaburAjaDulu and #Kami together with Sukawani are also trending on social media. Students All of Indonesia held a demonstration of Dark Indonesia for a week, from 17 to 21 February 2025 in front of the State Palace and in the Horse Statue area, Central Jakarta.
