Report Your Own Friends To The Police For The Alleged Fraud Case, Della Puspita Submits Evidence

JAKARTA - Actress Della Puspita officially reported her own friend, Prashya Asmarandana alias Acha Prayogi, to Polda Metro Jaya on suspicion of fraud and embezzlement of Umrah funds.

This report was made after the absence of good faith from the reported party to resolve the problem.

"The progress of the case is because there is no good faith from Acha, I'll just mention this immediately, so today I reported my own friend," said Della Puspita at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday, February 20.

Della explained that this case was reported for cases of alleged fraud and embezzlement of Umrah departure funds involving a number of victims.

"The suspicion is fraud and embezzlement of Umrah funds. What I report is that the name is Prashya Asmarandana alias Acha Prayogi," explained Della.

He also revealed that he received power of attorney from several other victims who also suffered similar losses.

"I have also received power of attorney from several friends of the victim. Later the marathon of other victims will also be summoned. Because the case is not just the Umrah departure. But it will affect the vendor," he said.

When reporting, Della, who was accompanied by her husband, Arman Wosi, attached some evidence such as evidence of the loss transaction she received.

"The proof of the transfer from me personally through Pak Su is around Rp. 48 million. We also have to settle other people's losses whose value is quite good," explained Della.

He explained that of the total losses that initially reached Rp. 390 million, the reported new paid Rp. 125 million, so that there were still more than Rp. 200 million that had not been returned.

"The first one ever was the initial figure of Rp. 390 million. Then it has been in installments of Rp. 125 million. So the remaining Rp. 200 million is the remaining," he continued.

In addition, Della also submitted evidence of a car that turned out to be a rental car provided by Acha Prayogi.

"The same is evidence of a rental car that was given. So good faith actually tried me. The car that was guaranteed to me that he said I could sell, it turned out that the car he rented was someone else. So I got more problems," said Della.
