Two Suspects Of Judol 1XBET Become Victims Of The Philippine TIP: Learn And Develop Sites In Indonesia

The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has named nine suspects in the online gambling case (judol) website 1XBET. Based on the examination, two of them were victims of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons (TPPO).

"Regarding those who are victims, not all (only) 2 people. These are victims of TIP," said Bareskrim Polri General Crime Recruited Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro to reporters, Friday, February 21.

The two suspects are AT (35) who acts as group agents of Mimosa Site 1XBET and WY (30) as financial admin. They are victims of TIP to the Philippines.

The suspects AT and WY are said to have recently been returned to Indonesia. While in neighboring countries, they work as the development of judol sites.

Thus, they work together to use their knowledge to build a 1XBET judile network in Indonesia. Of course with the path they have made in the Philippines.

Meanwhile, the other seven suspects were not victims of TIP. They are DHK (37); FR (31); AW (31); RNH (34); RW (32); MYT (31): and RI (40).

In this case, they are suspected of under Article 303 of the Criminal Code Article 45 paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph 2 of Law number 1 2004 24 concerning the second amendment to Law number 1 2008 ITE.

Then, they are also subject to Article 55 of the Criminal Code junto Article 3, 4, 5 of Law number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering.
