4.75 Million Taxpayers Have Reported Annual SPT
The Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) revealed that until February 20, 2025, there were 4.75 million taxpayers who had reported the Annual PPh Notification Letter (SPT).
Director of Counseling, Services and Public Relations of the Directorate General of Taxes Dwi Astuti conveyed that the 4.75 million SPTs that had been submitted consisted of 4.6 million Annual SPTs of individuals and 141,000 Annual SPTs of the agency.
"It consists of 4.6 million SPT Annual private people and 141,000 SPT Annual bodies. This figure grew 19.5 percent compared to the same period last year of 3.97 million SPT Annual PPh OP," he said in his statement, Friday, February 21.
Previously, as of February 19, 2025, there were 4.4 million taxpayers who had reported the PPh Annual Notification Letter (SPT).
"This figure consists of a total of 4.27 million individual taxpayers and 130.5 thousand corporate taxpayers," he said.
Dwi conveyed that the delivery of Annual SPT reported via electronic channels was 4.31 million, while what was delivered manually was 97.8 thousand.
Meanwhile, Dwi said that until February 19, 2025 at 04.00 WIB, taxpayers who had succeeded in obtaining digital certificates or electronic certificates for the purposes of signing tax invoices and proof of withholding income tax amounted to 803,372.

Meanwhile, taxpayers who have issued tax invoices are 266,608. In addition, the tax invoices that have been issued and validated are 60,779,275 for the January 2025 period and 14,233,029 for the February 2025 period.
"We urge Taxpayers to continue to follow the official announcement issued by the DGT," he explained.

"If taxpayers encounter obstacles, please contact the local tax office or the 1500 200 Tax Kring," he said.
