Complete Dossier, Case Of 3 Corruption Dugaan Projects Former Head Of PUPR South Kalimantan Cs Immediately Tried
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) handed over the case files of the former Head of the South Kalimantan Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Ahmad Solhan to the Banjarmasin District Court (PN) for further trial.
"There was an delegation of four files from the suspect Ahmad Solhan and three other people from the former South Kalimantan Provincial Government employee," said KPK Public Prosecutor (JPU) Erlangga Jayanegara in Banjarmasin, Thursday.
Apart from Ahmad Solhan, the other three suspects are the former Head of Cipta Karya, the South Kalimantan PUPR Office, Yulianti Erlynah, the Treasurer of the Tahfidz Darussalam Ahmad Household, and the Acting Head of the South Kalimantan Governor's Household, Agustya Febry Andrean.
Erlangga said that the case files for the four suspects had been declared complete, aka P21 by the KPK prosecutor, so they were ready to be tried.

The cases related to the bribery of three projects at the PUPR Office of South Kalimantan, namely the construction of swimming pools and soccer fields in the integrated sports area of South Kalimantan Province and the Integrated Samsat Office in Banjarbaru.
It is known that the Banjarmasin Corruption Court has heard two other defendants Andi Susanto and Sugeng Wahyudi as the bribe givers.
Public Relations of the Banjarmasin District Court, Rustam Needhutan, confirmed that his party had received the transfer of the case file.
"The panel of judges who chair the trial has also been determined," he said.
In this case, Solhan Cs is suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or b, Article 11, or 12B of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
