Complete Case Files, Prosecutor's Office Examines Former NTB Regional Secretary For Corruption Suspects Of NCC Building
NTB - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati) examined former NTB Regional Secretary Rosyadi Husaerie Sayuti as a suspect in a corruption case in the cooperation in managing government assets in the form of land for the construction of the NTB Convention Center Building (NCC).
Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Supardin, confirmed Rosyadi's examination in the suspect's status.
"Yes, the examination in question is in the capacity of a suspect," said Supardin in Mataram, Thursday, February 20, as reported by Antara.
The examination, he continued, was running from 11.00 to 17.00 WITA.
The suspect Rosyadi was presented to investigators by being picked up from the detention site at the Praya Detention Center, Central Lombok Regency.
After the examination, the prosecutor's office returned Rosyadi to the Praya Detention Center.
Regarding the examination material, Supardin has not received any information from investigators.
He only explained that this examination was part of the investigator's efforts to complete the case file.
Rosyadi has been a suspect since February 13, 2025. Investigators named the former NTB Regional Secretary in the Muhammad Zainul Majdi era as the second governor of NTB along with the Director of PT Lombok Plaza for the 2012 period of 2016 Doli Suthaya.
Investigators named both of them as suspects by applying Article 2 paragraph (1) and/or Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 paragraph (1) letter b of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001 jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
He mentioned state financial losses of Rp. 15.2 billion. The loss figure arises from the results of the audit of a public accountant who detailed the loss of assets that have not been paid.

The Prosecutor's Office confirmed that the loss occurred during the cooperation period of PT Lombok Plaza as the manager of assets belonging to the NTB Provincial Government in 2012 '2016.
However, cooperation in the use of assets did not run as stated in the 2012 agreement. PT Lombok Plaza was recorded as not carrying out its obligations.
In addition to the construction of buildings that have never been implemented and compensation for the NTB Regional Health Laboratory (Labkesda) building, PT Lombok Plaza also did not deposit compensation for payments to the NTB Provincial Government.
