DPR Leadership Asked The Indonesian National Armed Forces To Coordinate With Bakamla To Find The Nanggala 402 Submarine

JAKARTA - Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian Parliament Azis Syamsuddin asked TNI Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto to deploy troops in the search for the Nanggala Navy 402 Submarine, which lost contact in the waters of Bali, after conducting torpedo training in North Bali waters.

Azis hopes that the TNI together with Bakamla can immediately coordinate to find the coordinates of the ship that has lost contact. As well as tracking the departure and destination of the ship.

The DPR leadership for Korpolkam Division appreciated the TNI's efforts to collaborate with Australia and Singapore in the search for this submarine.

But apart from that, said Azis, it is also necessary to inform Bakamla and related volunteers to cooperate in carrying out the search. said the Golkar politician.

Previously, TNI Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto said the incident of the disappearance of the KRI Nanggala-402 in waters about 60 miles or about 95 kilometers from the north of Bali Island at 03.00 in the morning.

"After the dive permit was given, contact immediately lost contact," said Hadi in his statement, Wednesday, April 21.

Hadi hopes that the 1979 German-made submarine can still be found. Currently, he said the TNI was deploying various warships to the scene.
