JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan issued Governor's Instruction Number 23 of 2021 concerning Extension of the Implementation of Micro-Based PPKM at the Neighborhood Level (RT). . There are four risk zones for COVID-19, namely the green zone, the yellow zone, the orange zone and the red zone.

"This governor's instruction comes into force on April 20," Anies was quoted as saying by Ingub on Thursday, April 22.

Anies explained that Sona Hijau was assigned to RTs that had no COVID-19 cases. The control scenario is carried out with active surveillance, all suspects are tested for COVID-19 and case monitoring is carried out regularly and periodically.

The yellow zone is assigned to RTs that have had 1 to 2 cases of COVID-19 over the past 7 days. Control scenarios are carried out by finding suspected cases and close contact tracing. Then, positive patients and close contacts undergo self-isolation.

The orange zone is defined for RTs that have had 3 to 5 cases of COVID-19 over the past 7 days. Control scenarios are carried out by finding suspected cases and close contact tracing. Then, positive patients and close contacts undergo self-isolation.

"The orange zone also limits activities in places of worship, children's play areas, and other public places except for the essential sector," said Anies.

The red zone is assigned to RTs that have had more than 5 cases of COVID-19 over the past 7 days. The control scenario is carried out more strictly than the other zones.

First, by finding suspected cases and close contact tracing. Then, positive patients and close contacts undergo self-isolation. Then, closing children's playgrounds and public places except for essential sectors.

"RT with a red zone prohibits crowds of more than 3 people, limits entry and exit of RTs to a maximum of 20.00 WIB, and eliminates social activities in the RT that cause crowds and have the potential to cause transmission," said Anies.

Explaining this, Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria asked residents who entered RT with a red zone not to roam outside the house after 8:00 p.m. WIB.

"RT-RTs that are in the red zone category are not allowed to roam, crowd, leave the house. Please pay attention because we are pressing as much as possible so that the spread of COVID-19 can continue to be lowered," said Riza at the City Hall of DKI, Central Jakarta, Wednesday , April 21.

Supervision, said Riza, security officers at the local RT will close the portal to limit the mobility of residents in the area. Officers also coordinate with the COVID-19 Task Force at the RT level to control COVID-19 in their area.

"Later that will further regulate the COVID-19 Task Force at the RT level so that we can ensure that it is in accordance with the president's direction of the micro PPKM to the smallest community level, namely at the RT level," said Riza.

Judging from the corona.jakarta.go.id site, currently there are 210 RTs with red zones in Central Jakarta, South Jakarta 571 RT, East Jakarta 634 RT, North Jakarta 488 RT, West Jakarta 755 RT, and Kepulauan Seribu 1 RT.
