The Indonesian Women's National Team Has 18 Players To Fight Saudi Arabia On FIFA Matchday

JAKARTA - Satoru Mochizuki as the coach of the Indonesian Women's National Team has officially announced the names of 18 players who will appear against Saudi Arabia. The meeting of the two teams was the FIFA Matchday agenda which was held in Jeddah on Wednesday 19 February 2025.

In order to perform optimally in that match, Mochizuki combines talented young players with experienced senior players to fill the squad.

Two diaspora players, Estella Loupatty, who played at the Essevee Women FC M (Belgium) and Sydney Sari Marijuana fromwa FC (United States), also strengthened Indonesia's middle ranks.

As for the midfield position, the coach involved Claudia Scheunemann who played in Hamburg SV I. Even the front line was no less luxurious.

The coach appointed Reva Octaviani, Sheva Total Furyzcha, Marsela Yuliana Awi, to Ajeng Sri Handayani.

The Indonesian Women's National Team has undergone a training camp (TC) in Surabaya over the past few weeks in preparation for Saudi Arabia on this agenda.

After fighting Saudi Arabia, Claudia Scheunemann and her friends are also scheduled to leave for Japan. The Garuda Pertiwi squad will take part in a tournament between university clubs in Japan.

PSSI hopes this match can be a valuable experience for all players, as well as test the strength of the Indonesian Women's National Team at the international level.
