Lucy In The Sky, The Company Where Wulan Guritno Is A Commissioner Wants To Open 7 Outlets After Getting IDR 40.5 Billion From The IPO

JAKARTA - PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk, owner and manager of the entertainment venue Lucy in The Sky plans to take the floor on the stock exchange by conducting an initial public offering (IPO) in April 2021. The company will sell 337.50 million new shares or 32 , 61 percent ownership after IPO.

Lucy in The Sky targets Rp 40.50 billion from the IPO. In this corporate action, Lima Dua Lima Tiga appointed Indo Capital Sekuritas as the underwriter.

President Commissioner of Lima Dua Lima Tiga, Felly Imransyah said that the food and beverages (F&B) sector was one of the industries that was most affected during the pandemic. However, Lucy in The Sky is able to survive and even continue to grow because the concept of an outdoor restaurant that has been around since 2011 is able to adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic style.

"Currently, the main health protocols are maintaining distance and providing good air circulation, thereby minimizing the spread of the corona virus," said Felly in a written statement, quoted on Wednesday, April 20.

Felly explained, after the IPO, Lucy in The Sky plans to expand by opening seven new outlets offering interesting concepts.

"Lucy in The Sky - Rooftop Garden and Lucy by The Beach with a Tropical Bohemian atmosphere with outdoor and semi-outdoor seating," he said.

Then there is Park by Lucy in The Sky which also carries outdoor and semi-outdoor concepts that can be used for various communities to gather. He confirmed that this concept is the first in Indonesia that offers a fun and entertaining experience for the community.

Lima Dua Lima Tiga as owner and manager of Lucy in The Sky is a pioneer of outdoor restaurant in Indonesia. Andaru is optimistic that the proceeds from the IPO will improve performance. "In the next few years, we will begin renovating Lucy in The Sky, which is located in SCBD, then we will continue to open outlets in various other cities, one of which is Bali," said Andaru.
