The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police is coordinating with Immigration to issue a demarcation of the Village Head (Kades) Kohod Arsin and three other people who have been named as suspects in the alleged case of forgery of land certificates related to sea fences in the waters of Tangerang Regency.

The application for determination was submitted as an effort so that the four suspects did not flee abroad. Because they have not been detained.

"We have also coordinated with immigration to immediately carry out demarcation of the suspects," said Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro to reporters, Tuesday, February 18.

Meanwhile, for reasons for not having been detained, Djuhandhani said that the process of determining the suspect had just been carried out. Investigators need time to prepare administrative requirements regarding detention.

When it is finished, investigators will summon the four people to be examined as suspects. Then, it is possible that the detention will be carried out immediately.

However, the summoning time was not delivered in detail. It is only mentioned that it will be carried out as soon as possible.

"We just named the suspect. Of course, we said earlier, immediately complete the mindistic then after completing the mindistic, we will call the suspects, that's by process," said Djuhandhani.

Bareskrim Polri has named four suspects in the case of alleged forgery of land certificates related to the sea fence in Tangerang Regency waters. One of them is the village head (Kades) of Kohod, Arsin.

Determination of the suspect through the case title process carried out today. Based on the evidence, the four people are believed to have committed a criminal act of deed forgery.

"Then, from the results of the case title, on this occasion we, all investigators with all the title participants, have agreed to determine the four suspects," said Djuhandhani.

Apart from Arsin, three other suspects, namely the Kohod Village Secretary (Sekdes) with the initials UK and SP and CE as the recipients of power. They conspired to create and use fake letters to request the issuance of land certificates.

The suspect was charged with Article 263 of the Criminal Code regarding the crime of forgery of letters and the use of fake letters.

Then, Article 264 of the Criminal Code concerning falsification of authentic deed, such as marriage certificates, debt securities, and credit letters. Finally, Article 262 of the Criminal Code concerning forgery and the use of documents.
