Even Though He Is A Suspect, The Head Of Kohod Village Has Not Been Detained

JAKARTA - The village head (Kades) of Kohod, Arsin, and three other people have been named as suspects in the alleged case of forgery of land certificates related to the sea fence in Tangerang Regency waters. However, they have not been detained by the police.

Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro said the reason for not having been detained was because the process of determining the new suspect was carried out. Investigators must prepare the administrative process first for the detention process.

"We just named the suspect. Of course, we said earlier, immediately complete the mindistic then after completing the mindistic, we will call the suspects, that's by process," said Djuhandani to reporters, Tuesday, February 18.

Although the suspects have not been detained, investigators have made efforts not to run away. One of them coordinates with Immigration.

The goal is for Immigration to issue demarcation so that they do not flee abroad.

"We have also coordinated with immigration to immediately carry out demarcation of the suspects," said Djuhandhani.

Bareskrim Polri has named four suspects in the case of alleged forgery of land certificates related to the sea fence in Tangerang Regency waters. One of them is the village head (Kades) of Kohod, Arsin.

Determination of the suspect through the case title process carried out today. Based on the evidence, the four people are believed to have committed a criminal act of deed forgery.

"Then, from the results of the case title, on this occasion we, all investigators with all the title participants, have agreed to determine the four suspects," Djuhandhani told reporters, Tuesday, February 18.

Apart from Arsin, three other suspects, namely the Kohod Village Secretary (Sekdes) with the initials UK and SP and CE as the recipients of power. They conspired to create and use fake letters to request the issuance of land certificates.
