The Son Of The Rental Boss Of The Victim Of The Indonesian Navy Shooting Will Witness At The Military Court Today

JAKARTA - Military Court II-08 again held a follow-up hearing in the shooting case against the car rental boss at the KM45 Rest Area, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, with the agenda of examining six witnesses.

"The trial starts at 09.00 WIB, the examination of witnesses is six people," said Head of the Jakarta Military Oditurat II-07, Colonel Kum Riswandono Hariyadi, quoted by ANTARA in Jakarta, Tuesday, February 18.

Two of the six witnesses examined were the children of car rental boss Ilyas Abdurrahman, namely Agam Muhammad Nasrudin and Rizky Agam Syahputra. Meanwhile, the other four witnesses scheduled to attend the trial were Muhammad Isra, Samsul Bahri SE alias Acung, Samsul Bahri alias Jenggot, and Samsul Bahri alias Agus.

The trial was conducted openly to the public so that the media and the public could monitor and follow the proceedings. The trial process will continue with the examination of other witnesses and carried out in a professional, independent, transparent, and accountable manner.

Previously, three members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Navy from the Military Oditurat II-07 Jakarta were charged with detaining a car rental boss in the Rest Area KM45, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, Jayanti, Tangerang Regency, Banten, on Thursday, January 2.

The three defendants were the Head of Bambang Apri Atmojo, First Sergeant Akbar Adli, and First Sergeant Rafsin Hermawan.

"The actions of the defendants have fulfilled the elements of a criminal act as regulated and threatened with a crime in accordance with Article 480 of the 1st Criminal Code Jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code concerning detention," said Military Oditur from the Military Oditurat II-07 Jakarta, Major Corps Legal Gori Rambe, in a trial at the Military Court II-08 Jakarta, Cakung, East Jakarta, Monday, February 10.

In addition to the detention charges, two of the three suspects, namely the Head of Bambang Apri Atmojo and First Sergeant Akbar Adli, were also charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code Jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code Jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code related to premeditated murder.
