PDIP Secretary General Hasto Files Again Pretrial Lawsuits, This Time Two Applications Immediately
JAKARTA - Secretary General (Secretary General) of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto has again filed a pretrial lawsuit regarding the validity of his determination as a suspect. However, this time there were two lawsuits filed.
"Two pretrial requests have been submitted on behalf of applicant Hasto Kristiyanto with the KPK RI respondent," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto to reporters, Monday, February 17.
The first lawsuit is related to his determination as a suspect in the case of alleged bribery or gratification of interim replacement (PAW) for members of the DPR for the 2019-2024 period. Sole Judge Afrizal Hadi will try the case.
"The lawsuit is registered with number 23/Pid.Pra/2025/PN.Jkt.Sel," he said
Meanwhile, the second lawsuit is also related to the determination of the suspect. However, in the case of alleged obstruction to the investigation. The lawsuit registered today is registered with number 24/Pid.Pra/2025/PN.Jkt.Sel.
"Testing whether the determination of the suspect is valid on behalf of the Petitioner with Sprindik number Sprin.Dik/152/DIK/DIK.01/12//2024 in the alleged Obstruction of Justice crime or obstruction of investigation," said Djuyamto.
In the previous verdict, the South Jakarta District Court's single judge did not accept Hasto Kristiyanto's pretrial lawsuit. There are several considerations, one of which is the PDIP Secretary General's application should be filed in two separate lawsuits, one for alleged bribery and the other for alleged obstruction of the investigation.
