Yadea Launches Velax Electric Motor, Travel Distance Can So Far

JAKARTA - The Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025 is a launch event not only for cars, but also for electric motorcycles, one of which is carried out by Yadea.

In the exhibition which lasted until February 23, 2025, the Chinese brand launched a smart electric motorbike called Velax.

With the leading technology that combines comfort, efficiency, and sustainability, Velax is ready to become a new icon on Indonesia's smart journey.

The launch of this latest model is claimed not only to be a new product, but also as the company's commitment to the electric two-wheeled market which is quite rapidly growing.

"Velax is not just an electric motor, but a revolution in mobility. With advanced smart technology, we want to provide a smarter, more practical, energy-efficient driving experience for Indonesian consumers, as well as encourage the advancement of electric mobility in the country," said Yadea Technology Group President Wang Jiazhong, in his official statement received on Saturday, February 15, 2025.

Yadea Velax is equipped with smart technology like Yadea AiGo. This motorbike offers a variety of advanced features.

Users can control motorbikes through the app, with GPS features to make it easier to search for vehicles, as well as a reminder of battery charging status.

In performance, this electric motor is equipped with two high-performance lithium batteries, providing a distance of up to 110 km with only one charge. The highest speed of this electric motor can reach 80 km/hour.

Interestingly, Velax comes with impressive fast charging technology, it only takes 20 minutes to charge up to 80 percent. So, you don't have to wait long to charge the battery and get back into the routine.

This motorbike comes in three series, starting from the Yadea Velax E for IDR 19.8 million, the Yadea Velax H for IDR 22.8 million, and the Yadea Velax U for IDR 39.8 million. Interested in this electric motor?
