BMW Motorrad Launches 3 Motorcycles At Once At IIMS, Anything?
JAKARTA - PT Layu Astiti Bumi Kencana as the importer and official distributor of BMW Motorrad in Indonesia, also enlivened the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025 which took place from February 13-23.
At this annual exhibition, BMW Motorrad presented three motorcycle models as well as one of them R1300 GS Adventure which is the best-selling touring motorbike from BMW Motorrad.
"We also present the latest line-up such as the BMW R 12 S classic genre motorcycle inspired by the BMW R 90 S and the latest is the latest model of the sports line-up, namely the BMW S 1000 RR," said Head of Products and Sales of BMW Motorrad Indonesia Josep Amarinto Setiawan, when met in the Kemayoran area, Thursday, February 13.
On the same occasion, Head of Marketing Region Southeast Asia BMW Motorrad Andrea Thiele, expressed his pride to be back at the IIMS 2025 event, as well as launching three products at once.
In specifications, the BMW R1300 GS Adventure comes with a sturdy design that is indeed the hallmark of an adventure bike. This model is equipped with a boxer 2-cylinder 1300 cc engine that can produce 145 HP power at 7,750 rpm and a 149 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm.

Meanwhile, the BMW R 12 S is wrapped in the classic genre of 1970. This motorbike is also embedded in the cockpit fairing in the handlebar with a colored windshield. For the machine, it has a capacity of 1,170 cc which can generate 109 cellphones at 7,000 rpm and a torque of 115 Nm.
Finally, there is the BMW S1000RR which looks very aerodynamic, this one is equipped with a 999 cc engine capable of producing 210 hp of power at 13,750 rpm and 113 Nm of torque at 11,000 rpm.
Speaking of the price, for the BMW R1300 GS Adventure is priced at Rp1.4 billion, R 12 S at a price of Rp990 million, the S1000RR is priced at Rp 1.2 billion.
