Transportation that may operate during the 2021 homecoming ban

Several types of transportation were allowed to continue operating as usual. The provisions governing transportation control include several things, namely prohibitions, exceptions, supervision and sanctions. Transportation that is exempt from the rules includes passengers who meet special criteria, such as work, business trips, or urgent conditions, such as illness and childbirth.

According to Adita, the issuance of Permenhub 13 of 2021 was carried out to follow up on the results of ministerial level meetings and plenary cabinet sessions which resulted in the decision to eliminate Eid Al-Fitr 2021 homecoming policy and the issuance of SE Task Force Number 13 of 2021 concerning Elimination of Idul Fitri Homecoming and Covid-19 Control Efforts during the Month of Ramadan.

The Director General of Land Transportation, Budi Setiyadi, explained that land transportation that was prohibited from operating during the enactment of the regulation, including individual motorized vehicles and passenger cars, public motorized vehicles, buses and passenger cars, buses and motorized vehicles, as well as river transportation vessels, lakes, as well as crossings.
