Aceh Police Forced Abortion Girlfriend, Ipda YF Disanctioned With Ethics And His Position Removed
The case of Ipda YF forcing his girlfriend with the initials VFA who is a flight attendant for abortion or abortion of the results of sexual intercourse outside of marriage has both gone viral on social media.
Ipda YF allegedly forced her boyfriend to have an abortion to save her career as a graduate of the 2023 Police Academy (Akpol) who had served as the canitopsnal of the Bireuen Police Satreskrim.
Ipda YF underwent an ethics trial in the Propam Division of the Aceh Police and was charged with Article 348 of the Criminal Code concerning Abortion and Article 60 of the Health Law on Abortion.
The Head of Public Relations of Kombes Joko Krisdiyanto in saying that the Aceh Regional Police Ipda YF is still in the process of being investigated by the Propam Division. In addition, the Aceh Police will also follow up on other legal aspects while still considering the elements of justice for all parties involved.
"The police are committed to enforcing the law in a precise, professional manner, protecting the rights of victims, and ensuring that every form of sexual violence gets treatment in accordance with the principles of justice and transparency," he said.
Joko emphasized that the police will not tolerate violations of the law and will continue to cooperate with various parties, including Commission III of the DPR RI, as well as women and children protection agencies, to ensure that this case is resolved fairly and transparently.
Dalam rangka penyelesaian kasus ini, Polda Aceh telah melakukan proses mediasi antara pihak-pihak terkait untuk memberikan solusi yang terbaik bagi korban. Mediasi dilakukan dengan tetap memerhatikan kepentingan korban serta memastikan hak-haknya tetap dilindungi.
