Minister Of PANRB Calls Deddy Corbuzier A Staff Of The Minister Of Defense Not To Break The Law

JAKARTA - Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Rini Widyantini said that the appointment of staffus minister Deddy Corbuzier did not violate the rules because it was already regulated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 68 of 2019 concerning State Ministry Organizations.

This is in response to the appointment of special staff (stafsus) in the midst of government budget efficiency efforts.

According to Rini, the appointment of ministerial staff did not violate the rules because it was already regulated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 68 of 2019 concerning State Ministry Organizations.

"Because it is indeed allowed in the organizational structure, in the Presidential Regulation," said Rini, Wednesday, February 12.

Rini added that the Ministry of Defense may have only recently appointed Deddy Corbuzier as a staff member, but this is still in accordance with applicable regulations.

"So maybe they were late in lifting it, but it must have been arranged," said Rini.

It is known that Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin has inaugurated five special staff and one special assistant.

The following is a list of five staff members of the Defense Minister who were inaugurated:

1. Major General TNI (Ret.) Sudrajat as special staff for defense and defense diplomacy. Kris Wijoyo Soepandji as special staff for the defense of the field of state administration3. Lenis Kogoya as special staff for the defense of the sovereignty of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. 4. Indra Irawan as special staff for the defense sector of the defense economy. 5. Andreas Deddy Cahyadi Sunjoyo (Deddy Corbuzier) as staff for the defense of the field of social and public communication.
