Strengthening Relations With Consumers, Neta Holds Customer Gathering Early 2025

PT Neta Auto Indonesia held a Customer Gathering in early 2025 which took place at the Mountriv Cafe, Villa, Sentul, Bogor Regency on February 8, which became a special moment as a meeting with consumers.

Not only that, this meeting is also joint to support greening the earth or preserving nature by planting Mahoni Tree seeds in Sentul. A total of 50 consumers attended the event.

After Sales Director of PT NETA Auto Indonesia Raditio Hutomo, said that this event also aims to strengthen relations between Neta and consumers, as well as listen to direct feedback.

"In addition, we also want to have closer relationships with community members and introduce more deeply Neta X, Neta Auto App, and also several features such as Apple Car Play," he said, in his official statement received, Wednesday, February 12.

On the same occasion, Adnan, one of the consumers and members of the Indonesian NETA Community, expressed his joy at the holding of this event.

"I am very happy, from the NETA Auto Indonesia held a Customer Gathering event like this, because we were able to directly express our opinion to NETA Auto Indonesia and immediately responded to it," said Adnan.

With this event, Raditio said, it is a form of Neta's commitment to embrace and maintain good relations with consumers, with the hope that face-to-face communication will run well.
