Had Delayed, Vadel Badjideh Will Be Examined Again Tomorrow

Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Police, Kompol Nurma Dewi, said that Vadel Badjideh would again be questioned regarding Nikita Mirzani's report.

Vadel himself will be examined as the reported witness in this case after previously asking for the examination to be postponed. Ma'am

"So yesterday the investigators sent a letter for Monday, February 10, 2025 at 9.30, however, from VA was not present because the reason was sick, but investigators have not received the hospital certificate," said Nurma Dewi at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, February 11.

"Then that day, investigators also sent a second summons, with Thursday, tomorrow, at 09.30. That's what we are waiting for tomorrow," he continued.

Nurma ensured that the summons had been sent to Vadel Badjideh, but until now it has not been confirmed that Laura Meizani's lover will attend or not.

"(Until) I communicated earlier, there has been no confirmation whether it came or not," said Nurma Dewi.

If Vadel is not present at the summons again, Nurma states that investigators do not rule out being forcibly picked up.

"Kalau tidak hadir, dalam ketentuan KUHAP 112, jika memang satu kali tidak hadir dan dua kali tidak hadir, tiga kali kita paksa, itu ketentuannya," ungkap Nurma Dewi.

Therefore, Nurma requested that Vadel Badjideh be cooperative by fulfilling the summons from investigators.

"Hopefully, VA came to the South Jakarta Metro Police to provide the information needed by investigators in the case that NM reported," said Nurma Dewi.

"Hopefully, VA will attend because it is an obligation, please attend and provide information to the South Jakarta Metro Police," he said.
