Bareskrim Explains How To Counterfeit Tangerang Sea Pagar Deeds

The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police revealed the process of making a deed of ownership of fake land related to the sea fence in the waters of the Tangerang sea. The process was carried out by AR assisted by unscrupulous ministries.

AR is the reported person in the alleged deed forgery case. Allegedly, AR is Arsin who is the village head (Kades) of Kohod.

"The reported and friends have made fake letters by printing and signing them," said the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro, Tuesday, February 11.

Furthermore, the letter was used to apply for measurement and recognition of rights to the Tangerang Regency Land Office.

At that stage, AR was assisted by several unscrupulous ministries and institutions. Until finally, proof of ownership was issued from the results of the use of the fake letter.

"Precise proof of ownership of rights in the form of SHGB and SHM above sea waters in Kohod Village, Pakuhaji District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province," said Djuhandani.

On the other hand, it was also conveyed about the results of the search of the office and the house of the Kohod Village Head, Arsin, which was carried out on Monday, February 10. Investigators confiscated evidence in the form of a tool used to make fake letters.

However, it was not clearly conveyed about the tools, objects, or documents used in making the fake letter or deed, including the amount of evidence confiscated. It is only emphasized that all the evidence will be investigated by further investigators.

"The evidence that has been confiscated is objects used for forgery, tools used to make fake letters, and other documents used to help carry out forgery," said Djuhandani.
