KPK Will Coordinate With Ministry Of Defense Regarding LHKPN Deddy Corbuzier Et Al Who Becomes Staff Of The Minister Of Defense

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will coordinate with the Ministry of Defense (Kemenhan) regarding the wealth report of the Deodatus State Administrators (LHKPN) Andreas Deddy Cahyadi Sunjoyo alias Deddy Corbuzier and other names who are special staff of the Minister of Defense Sjafrie Sjamsuddin.

KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said coordination between institutions was carried out because there were differences in the rules related to the report. Perkom Number 3 of 2024 noted that special staff are required to convey their wealth six months after being inaugurated.

"KPK will first coordinate with the Ministry of Defense whether the ministerial special staff is equivalent to Echelon I, II, or III officials. Considering that in Permenhan Number 28 of 2019 the position includes WL," Budi told reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, February 11.

If the results of the coordination, continued Budi, Deddy and the inaugurated officials are equivalent to Echelon I, II, and III, they must report their wealth until May 12 or three months after being sworn in.

"However, if it is not included in the position, the reporting deadline is calculated two months since Perkom 3 of 2025 is effective, namely June 1, 2025," he said.

Budi ensured that his institution was ready to help officials who were difficult to fill out LHKPN. Assistance will be carried out.

"KPK is open to providing assistance in filling and reporting LHKPN," concluded Budi.
