This Is The Evidence Confiscated From The Search Of The Kohod Village Head's Offices

The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police searched the office and house of the village head (Kades) of Kohod, regarding the handling of the alleged case of forgery of the sea fence deed in Tangerang. From the search, several pieces of evidence were confiscated.

The Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro, said that the confiscated evidence was a tool used to make fake letters.

"The evidence that has been confiscated is an object used for forgery, a tool used to make fake letters, and other documents used to help carry out forgery," said Djuhandani to VOI, Tuesday, February 11.

However, it was not clearly conveyed about the tools, objects, or documents used in making the fake letter or deed.

Including the amount of evidence confiscated. It is only emphasized that all the evidence will be investigated by further investigators.

Despite the confiscation, Djuhandani stated that the village head of Kohod, Arsin, had been investigated. However, his status has not been determined as a suspect.

"Yes, we have been examined as witnesses according to their rights. We will continue to prioritize the presumption of innocence, we have examined the village head," he said.
