Pandu Sjahrir Reportedly Becomes The Boss Of The Danantara, Deputy Minister Tiko: No Comment

Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Kartika Wirjoatmodjo was reluctant to comment on the news that the position of the boss of the Anagata Nusantara Power Management Agency (BPI Danantara) would be filled by Pandu Sjahrir.

"No, no comment, no comment," he told the media crew, when met at the Fairmont Hotel, Jakarta, Tuesday, February 11.

Tiko, Kartika Wirjoatmodjo's nickname, said that the government was still finalizing a number of details related to the Danantara. This includes the management of the agency.

The plan, continued Tiko, is that this superholding will be launched as early as next month or to be precise in March 2025.

"A month or so (Danantara launched)," he said.

For your information, the news that Pandu Sjahrir will be chosen as the boss of Danantara has surfaced for the first time from uploads on the Instagram social media of the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait.

In the video uploaded by Maruarar Sirait, he can be heard calling Pandu Sjahrir the boss of Danantara.

Even the caption for the upload, he also wrote Pandu as a representative of the Danantara.

"Continuing the meeting with Mr. Pandu Danantara with the President Director of GIS Mr. Donny Arsak and the President Director of BTN Mr. Nixon, we discuss the continuation of the scheme for the provision of houses for MBR in Indonesia. Hopefully it will be carried out soon and run smoothly," wrote Maruarar.
