Indosat Revenue Increases 9.1 Percent, Reaches IDR 55.9 Trillion During 2024
JAKARTA - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison managed to record an increase in revenue of 9.1 percent Year-on-Year (YoY) reaching IDR 55.9 trillion during 2024, which was driven by improved service quality as well as from all business lines.
In addition, revenue from cellular services grew 7.5 percent YoY, along with an increase in revenue from Data and Interconnections. Meanwhile, revenue from the Multimedia, Data Communication, and Internet (MIDI) segment jumped 23.4 percent YoY, which came to increase revenue from IT services.
"We managed to maintain a strong performance as proof of our commitment to continue to provide maximum value to stakeholders," said Indosat Ooredoo President Director and Chief Executive Officer Hutchison, totaling Sinha on Monday, February 10.
Throughout 2024, Indosat also recorded a significant increase in data traffic by 12.2 percent YoY, reflecting the high demand for Indosat services.
To accommodate this growth, the company aggressively expanded network infrastructure by increasing the number of 4G BTS to 196,000, ensuring a smooth and superior customer experience.

This significant network increase has had a direct impact on service quality, especially for Indosat customers who use IM3 and Tri brands, which contributed to an increase of 6.6 percent.
