This Is The Role Of 3 Defendants Of Indonesian Navy Members In The Shooting Case Of Car Rental Boss J
AKARTA - Military Oditur dari Oditurat Militer II-07 Jakarta Major Korps hukum (Chk) Gori Rambe mengungkapkan peran tiga terdakwa anggota Anggota Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Laut (TNI AL) dalam kasus penembakan bos Rental mobil di rest area KM45, Tol Tangerang-Merak, Kamis (2/1).
The three defendants, namely defendant 1, Head Class (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo, defendant 2 Second Sergeant Akbar Adli, and defendant 3 First Sergeant Rafsin Hermawan.
"The case began on December 26, 2024, when the defendant 3 (Rafsin) sent a message to defendant 2 (Akbar) to find a car with a condition of half or only a STNK, without a BPKB," said Gori at the Jakarta Military Court II-08, Cakung, East Jakarta, Monday, February 10, reported by ANTARA.
At that time, Rafsin only had Rp50-60 million. Akbar then asked for help from Defendant 1, namely Bambang in finding a car for Rafsin.
Bambang immediately contacted his neighbor in North Lampung named Hendri to find a Honda Brio. Hendri had acquaintances named Isra (witnesses 17) and Ajat Supriatna (witness 18).
Ajat then rented a Honda Brio from the CV Makmur Jaya Rental Car belonging to the victim who died, namely Ilyas. The car was then offered to Bambang via Hendri.
The Indonesian Navy member also agreed to buy the car at a price of Rp. 55 million. The car was then taken by members of the Indonesian Navy.
In another location, the car rental party detected the GPS car rented by Ajat because it had not been returned. The victim and his son and several friends then traced the car's traces.
"On January 1, 2025, at around 22.30 WIB, Agam Muhammad Nasrudin (witness 2 as well as Ilyas Abdurrahman's son) checked the GPS. Two GPS were dead in the Pandeglang area, so that one GPS was still active and the position at that time was in the Malimping Pandeglang area. Witness 2 reported to Ilyas and Riski Agam Saputra (witness 3 / younger witness 2). However, Ajat (witness 18) when contacted via WhatsApp was no longer active," explained Gori.
Then, on January 2, 2025 at around 02.00 WIB they found the car carried by Akbar and Rafsin in the Pandeglang area. Ilyas and his entourage tried to stop the car.
"The late brother Ilyas Abdurahman and the team said 'get out first.. move aside first', at that time Akbar's car and Rafsin were still running slowly," said Gori.
Ilyas and his entourage cut the pace of Brio's car and then came to Akbar and Rafsin. Ilyas immediately asked the origin of the car brought by Akbar and Rafsin.
Due to the commotion, Akbar tried to calm the situation and explained that he was a member of the TNI. Meanwhile, Rafsin took the firearm Akbar was carrying and then pointed it at the victim and his entourage.
Suddenly a car driven by Bambang arrived and hit Ilyas and his entourage. Then, the three defendants immediately fled while carrying the Brio car.
Ilyas and his entourage then had time to report to the Cinangka Police to ask for an escort, but they did not respond and they continued to pursue themselves.
At the intersection of Cilegon, Akbar, Bambang, and Rafsin exchanged cars. Akbar was carrying a Brio car, while Rafsin was riding another car with Bambang.
"Because of the incident the defendants were intercepted by several people in the Saketi area, so that the defendant 2 (Akbar) took his weapon from his bag and locked it with a gun and locked it in a ready-to-fill position. After that, Defendant 2 (Akbar) put the weapon on the back of the waist," he explained.
On the way, the Honda Brio gasoline brought by Akbar was almost finished. Akbar then contacted Bambang to ask him to stop at Rest Area KM 45.
Seeing the GPS position of the car that stopped, the victim and his entourage then tried to return to the three members of the Indonesian Navy.
After filling up with gasoline, Akbar took the time to go to the toilet. Before going to the toilet, Akbar had time to leave his gun to Bambang.
"While removing a gun type on the back of the waist, Defendant 2 (Akbar) entrusted it to Defendant 1 (Bambang) saying 'Tut, put the gun there, be careful the weapon is already filled with bullets and locked', but before leaving the defendant-2 said 'if something happens. just shoot it'," said Gori.
After that, the victim came with his entourage, where Bambang was seen holding a firearm. The group of victims videoed Bambang.
At the same time, Akbar left the toilet, the victims' entourage tried to secure Akbar by flanking him. Seeing this condition, Bambang finally fired warning shots twice, but the victim's group still ignored it.
"Then defendant 2 (Akbar) ordered the defendant Bambang to say 'shoot the tut, shoot the tut'. While on the right side of the Brio car, the defendant Bambang with a distance of 2 meters shot Ramli's brother, who was still holding Defendant 2 (Akbar), after that Sdr Ramli, witnesses 10 and witnesses 11 released Defendant 2 (Akbar) and saved themselves," said Gori.
The late Ilyas Abdurahman approached the defendant Bambang from behind and wanted to seize the weapon he was holding. Furthermore, within one meter, the defendant Bambang turned his body reflexively and shot Ilyas Abdurahman and was hit in the right chest.
After firing the shot, Bambang and Akbar and Rafsin then left the location.
After walking for a while, Akbar then immediately contacted Rafsin and Bambang while screaming to leave Brio's car for fear of being followed by GPS.
Furthermore, Bambang pulled over the vehicle on the shoulder of the road after walking approximately five kilometers from the rest area where the shooting took place. When he pulled over, Akbar then locked the Brio's car and threw away the key so he wouldn't be found.
After that they returned to their office and reported the incident to the Head of Intelligence for the Koarmada I Satkopaska, Marine Major (S) Muliya Abadi.
