Carry Out Millions Of Officers, Kemenduk Proud To Socialize Free Health Check Programs

JAKARTA - Free Health Check (CKG) has been designated as the Presidential Priority Program. For this reason, the Minister of Population and Family Development/Head of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN), Dr. Wihaji, S.Ag, M.Pd, stated that his staff had started the CKG socialization by deploying millions of officers.

Through this massive movement, minister Wihaji hopes that this program will gain success in a relatively fast time. This program, continued the minister, is also to amplify the President and Vice President's Fast Best Result Program (PHTC) which is mandated to the Ministry of Health.

Within the scope of the Ministry of Population and Family Development (Kemenduk bangga)/BKKBN, Minister Wihaji also hopes that the CKG program can be utilized as well as possible by all families, Fertile Age Couples (PUS), adolescents and the elderly.

"The Ministry of Education and Culture and Culture (BKKBN) will massively educate targets through social media-based communication campaigns, field counseling by Family Planning Extensions / Planning Family Field Extension (PKB / PLKB), and community activities such as posyandu", explained the minister when visiting Periuk Jaya Health Center, Tangerang City, Banten, marking the start of the Free Health Check Program, Monday (10/02/2025).

During the visit, Minister Wihaji was accompanied by Special Staff of the Presidential Communication Office, Syahril Ilhami, and Spokesperson for the Presidential Communication Office, Ujang Komarudin, and Expert Staff for Health Law, Ministry of Health, Sundoyo.

In order for the CKG program to run optimally, specifically, Minister Wihaji detailed the field line staff of the Ministry of Education and Culture/BKKBN who were deployed to support the success of this program in an effort to realize, especially the 4th Asta Cita President and Vice President, namely strengthening the development of human resources towards Indonesia Gold 2045. Their number reaches millions of officers and cadres.

"As part of the solidity, cohesiveness, and complete work of the Red and White Cabinet, the Ministry of Education and Culture/BKKBN has 1,375,194 people in the field line who are ready to succeed, support and oversee the Free Health Check program," said Minister Wihaji.

The field staff includes 18,363 KB extension workers, 81,764 Village Family Planning Trustees (PPKBD), 348,731 Sub-PPKBD, 326,487 KB Groups and 599,849 Family Assistance Teams spread throughout all villages/kelurahan throughout Indonesia.

Not only that. Planning Generation Ambassadors (GenRe) in every village/kelurahan and school are deployed. This includes activity groups such as the Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB), the Bina Keluarga Remaja (BKR) and the Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) whose existence is also spread throughout Indonesia.

"They are tasked with disseminating information about the importance of free health checks through direct approaches to families and communities," he explained. Including, continued the minister, "Integrating digital and traditional communication strategies, such as social media, community radio, and activities in the field, to reach target groups throughout the region. Including remote areas."

The beneficiaries of CKG at the Periuk Jaya Health Center based on the results of the recapitulation data amounted to 21 people, with the age category <1 years as many as 1 person, 3-6 years as many as 2 people, 18-29 years as many as 3 people, 30-39 years as many as 3 people, 40-59 years as many as 9 people, > 60 years as many as 3 people.

The ministers and deputy ministers, according to the direction of the Presidential Communications Office, will visit each of the 10 screening locations. The Free Health Check Program is the implementation of the mandate of the 1945 Constitution (Proposing General Welfare), especially Article 28 H (Every citizen has the right to receive health services). CKG is the second PHTC after the Free Nutrition Eating Program (MBG), which aims to improve nutritional status by more than 82 million people.

This program starts on January 6, 2025, and is the PHTC with the largest target of beneficiaries, more than 281 million Indonesian citizens. The Beneficiaries of this program are among the largest in the history of the Indonesian health sector.

This program is intended for 100% of Indonesia's population, for all age categories, from infants to the elderly. Everyone, people with disabilities, the elderly, farmers, fishermen, laborers, and ASN has the right to free health check services without exception, according to the principle "No One Left Behind".
